Our Story: From La Granja to Los Robles

Los Robles was born from a dream: to create a place where community, culture, and pride collide. Originally known as La Granja, we started as a small restaurant with big heart. In 2023, we evolved into something even bigger a nightlife destination celebrating Latin heritage and LGBTQ+ identity.

Founded by three friends with humble roots—Jorge (manager from El Tiempo), Aaron (owner of a local limo company), and Raul (bartender from Los Tios). Los Robles is powered by the working-class hustle and queer joy of its creators. What we’ve built isn’t just a bar, it’s a safe space where you can dance freely, laugh loudly, and be exactly who you are.

Here, every night feels like the family parties we grew up with just with a little more glitter and a lot more pride.
